4. Fees and Payment
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. A one-time setup fee is required as specified in your chosen plan. All payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of your Service.
